A famous and nice hotel in Kolkata with supper friendly staff at reception desk. The location is incredible, the room is nicely decorated & extremely pleasant. Reasonably good breakfast with plenty of good foods. Nice place for exploring Kolkata.

The location is central, really close to the restaurants, the club, and Park Street. There's The Salt House located extremely close to the hotel, recommend to try food there. The rooms are silent and tastefully decorated.

this hotel was exceptionally comfortable and famous in every respect, had polite staff at reception desk. the a double room was silent, included climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel television. location: the venue was close enough to great restaurants and metro stations and the club. easily reached vien, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

We had a great experience at Aauris! The location was perfect, just a short distance from Park Street. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. We really enjoyed the in-house restaurant options, with tasty and reasonably priced food. The rooftop bar was a fantastic place to unwind. Despite some minor noise from the TV in the next room, the service was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, right in the heart of a prime area. It was perfect for both our business meetings and sightseeing adventures. We were pleased to find that it was close to metro stations, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service and attention to detail, especially at the reception desk and Blu Restaurant. The rooms were beautifully designed and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, as well as the option to relax by the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. our experience at this place was truly top-notch.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The music from the night club was a bit too loud, especially on the weekends.

By and large, it was good modern and famous place with very helpful staff at reception desk...

This hotel provided us with a perfect location for our business meetings in the heart of the city. Its proximity to the metro stations and prime areas made sightseeing and tours easy. The rooms were nicely presented and clean. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed a few facilities like the mini bar and rainshower head in the bathroom.

The staff was not attentive enough as they lacked prompt response to our requests and sometimes forgot to replace basic toiletries.

Had a great city break and really loved the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk away from shops and restaurants. The room was also very spacious and had a beautiful view of the city.

The noise levels from outside were quite disruptive and made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The bed was also a bit hard for my liking.

Location was perfect, as we were able to walk to Park Street and its famous eateries and shops. Additionally, transportation was not an issue, being close to both metro stations and prime areas.
